Cementitous Products
PERMA-MORTAR FLEX – Mortar Flex is a state-of the art cementitious, acrylic emulsion based highly flexible protective coating and waterproof barrier. This product is two-component and resistant to water, moisture and abrasion. It’s liquid mixing component is solvent free. Can be used in conjunction with Mortar Flex fabric for extra strength and resistance. The fabric is a flexible, alkali resistant, non woven, thermally spunbonded polypropylene geotextile. It reinforces the Perma-Mortar Flex. Application:Spray or Brush Coverage: Approx. 300 Vertical mm in a 1200mm manhole per 25kg. Bag @ 6 mm thickness

PERMA-MORTAR LN – LN is a cementitious, inorganic, one component, ready mixed, repair and surface lining waterproof barrier mortar with hydrophobic (water repellent) properties, and high sulfate resistance. PERMA- MORTAR LN at a minimum thickness of ¼” (6mm) and larger is guaranteed to prevent water infiltration or exfiltration through the application. Application: Spray or Trowel with brush finish Coverage: Approx. 300 Vertical mm in a 1200mm manhole per 25kg. Bag @ 6 mm thickness

PERMA-MORTAR CA – CA Is a factory blended, cementitious, one component, repair and surface lining waterproof barrier mortar. It consists of calcium aluminate cement, well-graded acid resistant aggregates and special chemicals of an inorganic, hydrophobic (water repellent) nature, which resist strong hydrostatic pressure. CA is a special formulation providing structural integrity and protecting concrete, masonry and brick substrates against biogenic corrosion in strong hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S) environments. The absence of fibers in CA guarantees it will prevent water infiltration or exfiltration in sewer manholes or tank structures at minimum thickness of ¼” (6mm). Application: Spray or Trowel with brush finish Coverage: Approx. 300 Vertical mm in a 1200mm manhole per 25kg. Bag @ 6 mm thickness

PERMA-MORTAR V/O – V/O is a one component, polymer modified, fiber reinforced, silica fume enhanced, concrete or masonry repair material. Designed specifically for vertical and overhead placement using low-pressure wet shot Crete methods, it is also suitable for hand-troweled applications. A unique formulating design allows layering of up to 1.5” (38mm) per application vertically and/or overhead. V/O contains water-activated polymers for superior adhesion, curing characteristics, and improved flexural and tensile strength. Application: Spray or Trowel with brush finish Coverage: Approx. 300 Vertical mm in a 1200mm manhole per 25kg. Bag @ 6 mm thickness

FIX 10-S – FIX 10-S is a fast setting, chloride free hydraulic cement that sets immediately when exposed to water. Application: Spray or Trowel with brush finish Coverage: Approx. 1/2 kg. will fill a cavity that is 1” x 1” x 24”

Epoxy Products

PERMA-POXY - PERMA-POXY is a rapid curing, medium viscosity modified epoxy resin designed to repair maintenance holes, sumps, wetwells, pipelines, clarifiers, etc. Excellent cure at low temperatures and in the presence of moisture. Typically develops a hard surface in four hours or less. Rapid development of physical properties. Excellent chemical resistance to both acids, caustics, gasoline and other hydrocarbons. Film thickness of 40-250 mils in a single pass by spray, brush, roller, or trowel.

Coverage: Approx. 1.6 – 2.1 sq.m./gallon – 125-250 mils

Manhole Chimney Flex Products
PERMA-FLEX – PERMA-FLEX is a two component, trowel grade polysulfide, 100% solids, chemical resistant and flexible coating for concrete manholes. The Perma-Flex Chimney Seal is ambient cured and has an elongation of 460%. Application:Trowel Coverage: 16 – 19 square feet per 1.5 gallon Pail

Hydrophobic Polyurethane Grout Products

PERMA-STOP – GROUT – PERMA-STOP is a hydrophobic polyurethane injection grout used to stop water infiltration through voids, cracks and honey combs in concrete. Ideal for repairing faulty concrete and sealing leakage at expansion joints, cold joints and pipe intrusions. Designed for substrates where up to 44% movement (expansion and contraction) is anticipated. PERMA-STOP is typically injected by use of a high pressure (1500+ psi) airless sprayer pump.
